As the sole banking partner of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the Bank of China launched its unified new version of the Online Banking Personal Services on April 1st, 2008, which will ensure safer transactions, easier financing, and more convenient premium services.

In comparison with current Shanghai Branch version, the new service has introduced the advanced security authentication method of dynamic password token, cross-bank and cross-province remittance, notice deposit, BOC credit card, customised setting services and many more online investment products to meet the market's requirement. Also bilingual (in Chinese and English) service has been available for customers around.

The current Branch version of the Online Banking Personal Services is scheduled to be shut down by September, 2008, and therefore you will not be able to continue to use our online banking services if you have not upgraded the services to the new version by then.

With the launch of the new service full of exciting features, in order to make sure you can continue to use BOC online banking service after our Branch version is closed, we strongly suggest that you should apply for the new Online Banking Personal Services at BOC outlets as soon as possible.
